The library has the Darlington Herald newspapers on microfilm for the years 1916 through 1955.

The library has story time for pre-schoolers on Tuesday from 10am to 10:30am during the regular school year. Call the library for details.

Many programs for children are offered during the summer months and throughout the year.

The Old Carnegie building houses a local memorabilia room with items from the town and Darlington and Bowers high schools.
